  3. Whole Group Strategic Plan Review (Zoomerang Survey)
    • Using the online survey, respond to each strategy as a group. If the meeting is being held remotely, each representative should complete the survey prior to the start of the meeting. Access the survey by clicking here.

  4. Update list of areas of need created in step 2 by clicking here.
  5. Use Facilitative Leadership Process to Establish Priorities (Face-to-Face)
  6. Revise Strategic Plan Strategies

    • Review the Goals, Objectives, and Strategies on the GOSReport by clicking here.
    • Categorize each standard as described in the following survey.
    • View survey results.
    • The Director will move standard recurring strategies to the Standard Operating Procedures section of the strategic plan software
    • The Director will add new strategies if applicable (based on the Facilitative Leadership Process in step 5.
    • The Director will flag priorities for 2010-11 and 2011-12 based on results from categorizing standards and step 5.
  7. The Director will Generate a Draft of the Revised Strategic Plan and email it to LEA Representatives for Adoption at the December 3, 2010 Collaborative Meeting.
